The Senior Software Engineer - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at CDK Global is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our software systems and platforms. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable software infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation and resilience.
• Develop automation tools to enhance system reliability and reduce operational workload.
• Facilitate incident response and facilitate post-mortem analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure reliability and robustness in the deployment of applications.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resource use.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
• Document and enhance operational procedures and processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, site reliability, or systems engineering.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
