Job Overview

• Troubleshoot complex system issues across various infrastructure environments and analyze performance metrics.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide incident response for production systems.
• Continuously improve the operational stability of our services through process automation, code reviews, and post-mortem analysis.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of reliability best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and SRE roles.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong understanding of networking, databases, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
