Help students make informed financial decisions and confidently navigate the costs of their education. As a Student Finance Coordinator, you will guide prospective and current students through their financial aid packages, explaining tuition costs, available funding sources, and any remaining payment obligations. You will assess eligibility for federal, state, military, and other financial assistance programs while helping students understand their borrowing options and manage their education-related debt. Through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, you will provide personalized financial guidance and responsive customer support. Working in a remote educational services environment, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial aid processing, timely disbursements, and clear communication.
