About the Opportunity:

The SUPPLIER AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER is responsible for establishing and managing the vendor network and asset supply chain that supports remote work, rapid deployment, and temporary workforce infrastructure programs. This role ensures that procurement strategies, supplier relationships, asset readiness, pricing, contracting, compliance, and performance are effectively managed across diverse site-support categories. The position is critical for delivering reliable, scalable sourcing and deployment solutions while balancing speed with governance, quality, and financial control.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a vetted supplier and asset network for workforce housing, transportation, utilities, and related services across multiple regions.
• Develop category plans and sourcing strategies for various site-support services.
• Manage supplier selection processes including RFIs, RFPs, pricing assessments, and capability evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including pricing, contract terms, and service levels with vendors.
• Monitor asset availability, lead times, market pricing, and maintain deployment readiness.
• Establish and track vendor performance metrics; lead reviews and corrective actions.
• Identify cost savings and supply chain efficiencies to enhance operational resilience.
• Maintain accurate data on suppliers, contracts, assets, and pricing to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience managing supplier networks and procurement strategies for workforce infrastructure or related categories.
• Proven ability in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in sourcing, supplier evaluation, and performance management.
• Ability to balance speed, governance, compliance, and financial controls in procurement.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
