The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist with daily operational activities, data management, reporting, and administrative processes. This role offers exposure to various aspects of supply chain operations while providing opportunities to develop analytical, organizational, and technical skills through hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities to support business processes.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation across internal systems.
Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
Develop and update spreadsheets, tracking tools, and operational reports.
Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Research and resolve discrepancies involving transactions, records, and operational data.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate activities and address business needs.
Enter, update, and maintain information within business management systems.
Monitor ongoing activities and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
Support reporting, documentation, and general process improvement initiatives.
Assist with additional supply chain and business operations projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheet management, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with business data, reporting, or administrative processes preferred.
Familiarity with ERP or other business management systems preferred; training can be provided.
Experience reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software applications and processes.
