Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Data Security & Privacy Professional, you will lead and be accountable for identifying data security and privacy requirements for a portfolio of contracts. You will analyze security and privacy requirements in contracts and assess risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and directives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Identify Security Requirements: Analyze contracts to identify data security and privacy requirements, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and directives.
• Provide Consultation and Guidance: Offer risk mitigation actions and guidance to client contract owners on security and privacy issues, supporting informed decision-making.
• Manage Assessment Portfolio: Track key performance indicators for a portfolio of contracts, providing periodic reports to stakeholders and informing continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Functions: Work with other teams to address emerging security and privacy issues, ensuring a cohesive response to potential threats.
• Support External Audits: Participate in external audits by regulatory bodies, demonstrating compliance with relevant regulations and directives.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

National Security Clearance at the SECRET level.

CompTIA Security+ certification or greater.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Information Security Frameworks: Familiarity with industry-standard information security frameworks and their application in contract analysis and risk mitigation.
• Data Protection Regulations: Experience working with data protection regulations and directives, ensuring compliance and supporting external audits.
