Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support to clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to facilitate effective solutions and enhancements.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades as necessary.
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and provide insights for process improvements.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and assist in creating training materials for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting operating systems, network configurations, and application issues.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote desktop applications.

Technologies & Tools
