Role:
Surgical Technologist II
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during operative procedures by preparing sterile fields, selecting and passing instruments, and maintaining aseptic technique. Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and instrument handling. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow protocols and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
Key Duties:
Support surgical team members, prepare operating rooms, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Contribute to a patient-centered care environment with a focus on professionalism and quality service.
