System Administrator

We’re seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support and maintain internal IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in systems administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support who enjoys solving technical challenges and keeping systems running reliably.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues involving operating systems, networks, and end-user technology.
• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and support overall system reliability.
• Assist with system upgrades, patching, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to support business technology needs.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established security and system administration practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering, systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a related role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills and familiarity with networking fundamentals.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and adapt to changing technical needs.
