  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn recruiting databases and other technology platforms.
  • A proactive, dependable, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to supporting recruiting work.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for firm-wide lateral partner, attorney, and staff recruiting in partnership with the Chief Talent Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Maintain and administer recruitment databases and systems used for entry-level and lateral attorney and staff hiring, ensuring records are accurate and current.
  • Coordinate the summer associate on-campus interview program, including scheduling interviews and distributing materials to participating law schools.
  • Arrange candidate interviews, travel, and related logistics; share necessary materials with candidates and interviewers in advance.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, including letters, emails, memoranda, and offer letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative processes for incoming attorneys and staff, helping ensure required steps are completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with external search firms as directed by the Chief Talent Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Process and track invoices related to attorney and staff recruiting and follow up on outstanding administrative items as needed.
  • Provide additional recruiting and administrative support to the talent acquisition team as priorities require.

Benefits

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of talent acquisition activities in a professional legal setting and to work closely with experienced recruiting leaders. The role provides exposure to attorney, partner, staff, and law school recruiting, as well as onboarding and recruiting operations. Specific compensation, benefits, and other employment terms will be shared during the hiring process.
