Shareholder Communications Outbound Representative

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Shareholder Communications Outbound Representatives to join annual shareholder outreach project. If you have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and are comfortable handling confidential account information, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a professional financial communications firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to shareholders regarding account updates, notifications, and required actions
• Verify shareholder identities and handle sensitive account information confidentially
• Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records across internal systems
• Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Meet daily call volume, productivity, and quality expectations
• Escalate issues and discrepancies to supervisors when needed
• Participate in mandatory training and support high-volume project needs

What You Bring:

• Previous inbound or outbound call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Personal computer running Windows 10 or higher (not S mode) with at least 8 GB RAM; Mac, Chromebook, and Linux systems are not compatible
• Availability to complete all mandatory training sessions without absences or tardiness
• Ability to work full-time Eastern Time hours and accommodate optional overtime

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM ET; Saturdays, 10 AM–2 PM ET, with additional overtime opportunities

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote; candidates must reside in an eligible location where the applicable minimum wage does not exceed $16.00/hour.
