Role: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Must be in the Dallas/Fort Worth area; remote (field-based)

$90,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission

Our client, a publicly traded, profitable neurotechnology company seeing 25–30% year-over-year growth is expanding its field sales team. Their flagship therapy (an innovative capital equipment TMS device) is FDA-cleared for multiple mental health conditions, with the broadest clearance label of any TMS device on the market. Strong insurance coverage, including Medicare, and a full post-sale support infrastructure, the commercial momentum is real.

The Territory:

North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. You must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

What you’ll do:

Own your territory. Drive new account acquisition predominantly across psychiatry practices & mental health clinics. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and clinical education to close, with support from BDRs, marketing, and a dedicated post-sale team.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of medical device experience
• Comfortable with a capital equipment sale, ideally into private practices
• High-volume in-person activity: route planning, self-management, field fundamentals (3+ days a week in the field)
• Hunter mentality: you build pipeline, you close deals, you own your number
• Must be based in Dallas/Fort Worth
