Position Details

Location: Palmyra, Missouri
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: Nights, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and resident records.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident safety and quality of care.

Requirements

Active LPN license valid for practice in Missouri.
Recent long-term care or nursing home experience.
Strong medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation skills.
Availability for overnight shifts and every other weekend.
Ability to start as soon as possible.
