Overview

Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) in Concord, Massachusetts. This travel assignment starts November 17, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,805 to $2,879. Work schedule is 4x10s of 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) in a hospital setting with an operating room environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the sterile environment for surgical procedures; set up and organize instruments and supplies for cases
Assist the surgical team during procedures, including instrument handling, suctioning, tissue retraction, and camera navigation as needed
Monitor patient status intraoperatively, following sterile technique and patient safety protocols
Position patients, maintain appropriate monitoring, and respond to intraoperative changes under the direction of the surgeon and anesthesia team
Assist with turnover between cases, ensuring proper cleaning, sterilization, and readiness of the OR for the next procedure
Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and nursing colleagues to ensure effective patient care and protocol adherence

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of operating room nursing experience
Ability to work 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 4x10-hour shifts
Willingness to participate in rotating call schedule as defined by unit needs
