Role Description

As the VIC & Made-to-Measure Specialist, you hold a very strategic role in the boutique. You are entrusted with developing and nurturing OGIER’s most valuable client relationships while overseeing the MTM experience with precision and excellence. You ensure the seamless execution of each MTM project, from consultation to delivery, reflecting the client’s unique identity and OGIER’s uncompromising standards. Through your presence, expertise and deep understanding of luxury expectations, you ensure that each interaction strengthens loyalty, enhances brand visibility and contributes to the long-term business growth and vision of OGIER. 

Qualifications

• Client Portfolio Leadership: Curate and manage a portfolio of the boutique’s VICs offering consistent, high-touch service, personalised experiences and long-term engagement 
• Client Development: Identify and convert high-potential profiles into loyal VICs, reactivate clients and expand the VIC network through strategic outreach. 
• Made-to-Measure Management: Lead the MTM program from consultation to delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness and flawless execution. 
• Brand Representation: Embody the spirit and values of OGIER, ensuring that every VIC & MTM interaction strengthens brand perception and loyalty. 
• Client Activations: Lead client experiences including capsule previews, private appointments, consignments and strategic gifting. 
• Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the team to elevate customer service and experience culture across all touchpoints and educate on MTM opportunities and procedures. 
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and provide regular quantitative and qualitative reporting to store leadership.
