Role Description The Vice President of Business Operations will lead and optimize Halma RIB’s global operational strategy, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives. This full-time remote role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end business operations, including production planning, supply chain coordination, and process improvement across functions. The person in this role will design and implement operational frameworks, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve productivity, cost management, and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, manage key programs, and drive cross-functional projects that enable international expansion. The Vice President of Business Operations will also partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to lead end-to-end processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, define key performance indicators, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Program Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Experience in manufacturing, nautical, or luxury product industries is beneficial, along with a track record of scaling operations in growth-oriented companies.
• Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and comfort working in a remote, international environment are essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
