Role Description The Vice-President of Operations for North America is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing regional operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with SIKA’s strategic objectives. This role leads operational teams, optimizes processes, and manages performance metrics to support growth and profitability. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies, overseeing supply chain and production performance, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with finance, sales, and customer service. The Vice-President will monitor budgets, contribute to P&L performance, and ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations. The role also involves mentoring senior leaders, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners across North America.
Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management experience, including leading multi-site or regional operations and improving processes and efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management and financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization.
• Proficiency in Customer Service leadership, with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Advanced Strategic Planning skills, including developing long-term operational roadmaps and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• Solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, executing, and monitoring complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior-level teams, with strong people development and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or related industrial sectors in North America is highly beneficial.
