Vice-President of Sales Operations for Latin America

Role Description The Vice-President of Sales Operations for Latin America is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing sales operations strategy and execution across the region. This position leads regional sales planning, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company revenue and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing sales processes, optimizing CRM usage, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with regional sales leaders to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates. The role partners closely with finance and senior leadership to develop budgets, pricing frameworks, and resource allocation plans, and drives continuous improvement initiatives in territory design, incentive programs, and operational efficiency. The Vice-President also mentors sales operations team members, ensures compliance with internal policies and regional regulations, and provides data-driven insights to support strategic decisions for Latin America.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales and Sales Operations, with experience leading regional or multi-country teams in Latin America.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis in a commercial environment.
• Proven Strategic Planning experience, particularly in developing and executing sales operations strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including people management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools; experience implementing or optimizing sales technology is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; a relevant graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• Experience working in remote, multicultural environments and ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures.
