Video Editor/Videographer

PEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY: MUST WORK ON SITE HERE IN LOS ANGELES - I'm looking for very capable, diligent, honest, punctual go getters who are incredibly dedicated and want a life changing opportunity for profit sharing, revenue sharing, upfront pay with benefits. You'll be working for the fastest growing comedy podcast in You Tube History, which as gone to 325 thousand subscribers within months. For a totally unknown comic, this is unprecedented and is only the very beginning.

Upon hiring, I'll share all my data and analytics with you. I'm on the cusp of monetizing both on audio, where the real money lies, and also monetizing on You Tube, which is a platform, to be used as a showcase, as most established podcasts already know. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU'RE LAUGHING YAO, ENRICHING THE WORLD, WHILE DEVELOPING YOUR LEGACY AND SOLIDIFYING YOUR FUTURE!

Pick A Topic Podcast is in its very early infancy as a entertainment vehicle and has yet to even start to mature. I'm looking for people who care and wish to grow with the podcast and with me, as an entertainer. The podcast is unlike any other, since it is truly the funniest show on earth and has evolved to include other types of entertainment such as silent film shorts (which no one else does[for a reason]), poetry and book readings from my original literary works, instructional classes on losing weight, overcoming grief and depression, mastering sales techniques, and a lot more.

Part of the true actual narrative from day one has been that I've lost 200 pounds and overcome severe challenges to get to this point and still prospering despite major past and current life threatening obstacles. If you'd like to be part of this extremely unique show, which both entertains, inspires others on their weight loss journey, motivates people for life itself (as well as teaches people important life skills), please be my guest and submit your resumes now.

I am hiring immediately. I will reach 1 million You Tube Subscribers by the very early part of 2027 (for starters), and I'll do this with my trusted and beloved staff members; That might as well be you.

I look forward to meeting you, interviewing and talking to you. All candidates, unlike previously, will be fully vetted and verified. Serious candidates only, please. I couldn't care less if you have a degree or went to film school, that means nothing to me -- it's all about the work. If you can do the work, do it well and have a great work ethic, you will make millions with me, in the long term, collectively. I'm an extremely faithful person and am looking to generously reward the right candidates. You need to have experience with cameras, lighting, Cap Cut, Davinci Resolve, editing shorts and multi-cam long form podcast episodes, and be willing to learn, research, upload, and work out of my dedicated podcast studio in West Hills, CA. Our work will include outdoors camera work as I regularly do insult humor, as in my You Tube insult comedy shorts at Costco, and outdoors camera work for my silent film shorts.

The podcast has already won its first big podcast award, a Signal Award bronze winner for best video podcast host, and we currently have multiple submissions entered in big future podcast award shows. We are on schedule to submit a silent film short next summer to the 100th Academy Awards in the live action short category and will shortly book the Monica theater for a 7 day release to meet our Academy requirement for submissions. This is the main theater used for Academy pre-releases (before submission) and this theater loves us! We're making moves! Come join the team!
