Part-Time Virtual Assistant for TikTok Creator & Influencer Brand

I’m a nurse practitioner, healthcare content creator, and working mom looking for a reliable, organized virtual assistant to help grow my personal brand and manage the business side of content creation.

My content includes healthcare education, nurse practitioner life, motherhood, lifestyle, skincare, beauty, and wellness. I’m looking for someone who understands social media and influencer marketing and can take initiative without needing constant direction.

Hours: 5–8 hours per week to start

Budget: Approximately $15–$25/hour, depending on experience

Position: Remote, part-time freelance

Responsibilities

• Research brands that align with my audience and content.
• Identify influencer marketing contacts and send personalized brand pitches.
• Follow up on outreach and track responses, negotiations, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain a brand outreach spreadsheet and sponsorship calendar.
• Organize content ideas into a weekly TikTok and Instagram content calendar.
• Research trends, hooks, captions, and short-form video ideas.
• Help with captions, hashtags, scheduling, and repurposing content.
• Assist with email organization, invoices, deadlines, and general creator administration.
• Track basic social media analytics and provide weekly updates.

Ideal candidate

• Has experience working with content creators, influencers, or social media brands.
• Understands TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Has strong written communication and research skills.
• Is proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and email.
• Is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Can share examples of previous work or a portfolio.

Experience with healthcare, wellness, skincare, or motherhood creators is a plus.
