Role Description

This is an hourly, on-site role based in Dublin, CA, for a Zamboni Driver. The Zamboni Driver will be responsible for the maintenance of the ice rink by operating the Zamboni to ensure a high-quality ice surface. Additional responsibilities include routine checks/upkeep of the zamboni and maintaining a clean and safe rink environment. Zamboni drivers need to also be flexible in assisting the skate counter and front office staff with responsibilities when not operating the zamboni.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Must have a valid California Drivers License
• Looking for someone to have open availability (5-9AM, 9AM-5PM, or 5PM-11PM)
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and visitors.
• Ability to follow directions and report any issues with the zamboni to supervisor.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Previous experience working in an ice rink or similar environment is a plus but not required.
