Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, authentication, and group policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configuration changes and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in migration processes from legacy systems to Entra ID and other cloud identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Active Directory management or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, group policies, and security models.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting tasks.
