Role: Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from complex surgical procedures in an acute care setting.

- Ability to apply evidence-based practices to nursing care decisions.
- Effective teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary care providers.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and professional competency growth.
