Job Summary

• Client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across healthcare, pharmacy, and digital health platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
• The engineer will help build intelligent solutions that improve healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, patient experiences, claims processing, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for healthcare and pharmacy applications.
• Develop predictive analytics solutions for healthcare operations, claims, and patient engagement.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered search solutions.
• Process and analyze large healthcare datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable AI services and REST APIs.
• Develop model training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, healthcare stakeholders, and product teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.

Required Technical Skills

• 5–8+ Years of Experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong SQL and data processing skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of data privacy and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and PII data protection.
• Experience with healthcare claims, prescription data, eligibility, and patient engagement datasets.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, and MLflow.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production healthcare environments.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
