Job Description
Role: Surgical Technologist II provides direct support to surgeons and the operating room (OR) team by preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical field and assisting with patient care.

- Prepare, maintain, and ensure a sterile field using aseptic and sterile techniques.
- Select, set up, and pass surgical instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Assist with patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Care for surgical equipment and basic instrumentation; support safe, functional setup.
- Follow standard precautions and OR safety practices to reduce infection risk.
- Support a variety of procedures, including cardiothoracic cases, across all age groups.
