Hours And Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Full Time: 3pm-11:30pm + $0.75 Shift diff

Full Time: 11PM-7:30 AM + 1.50 Shift diff

Job Description

Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays
Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
