Overview

TherapyNotes, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure in support of our software solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions that support TherapyNotes’ applications and services.
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to architect applications that leverage cloud technologies.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for cloud-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of cloud architectures and environments, along with relevant operational procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud systems engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
