Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review third-party due diligence screening reports and identify potential issues based on risk criteria and applicable regulations.
Support global regulatory compliance initiatives with a primary focus on third-party due diligence activities.
Conduct research and analysis on regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Support anti-corruption compliance program initiatives and related risk assessments.
Work independently on multiple initiatives and standalone projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive compliance objectives.
Define, track, and measure project success criteria while ensuring positive outcomes.
Analyze findings and document compliance-related observations and recommendations.

Requirements

3-5 years of related compliance, regulatory, risk, or due diligence experience.
Experience reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports and evaluating potential risk factors.
Experience supporting anti-corruption or business conduct compliance programs.
Strong research and analytical abilities, particularly related to regulatory matters.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
