Job Summary

Seeking hands-on Data Center Operations Engineers to support GPU/AI infrastructure deployments, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting. The role focuses on rack-and-stack, optical cabling, server diagnostics, break-fix operations, and maintaining high-performance data center environments.

Must-Have Skills

• Enterprise data center, colocation, or hyperscale experience
• GPU/accelerator hardware and server troubleshooting
• Rack-and-stack deployments and hardware maintenance
• Bare-metal Linux and server architecture
• High-speed networking, 400G/800G DACs, fiber, and transceivers
• GPU nodes, storage systems, and spine-leaf switches
• IPMI/BMC and out-of-band management
• Firmware updates and hardware commissioning
• Power supplies, memory, and component-level diagnostics
• RMA, FRU inventory, and parts staging
• Remote-hands coordination, ticketing, and escalation workflows
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain GPU servers, storage, and networking hardware.
• Perform rack-and-stack installations and optical cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and execute break-fix repairs.
• Manage RMAs, replacement parts, and hardware inventory.
• Perform firmware updates and hardware commissioning tests.
• Follow site runbooks, deployment schedules, and escalation procedures.
