Position Overview

The ProSource Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Architect with extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead our DevOps initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integrated DevOps processes and infrastructure, ensuring efficient software development and deployment lifecycles. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software release processes.
• Automate deployment processes and manage configuration with tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Work closely with development teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, implementing best practices for security and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members within the DevOps framework.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for tools and technologies that enhance the DevOps environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and associated services.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
