Overview

The DevOps Architect at Techgene Solutions will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and robust infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's cloud strategy. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions for cloud-based applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, infrastructure issues, and deployment errors.
• Establish and enforce security policies and best practices across all environments.
• Document architecture diagrams, deployment processes, and system configurations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff and teams.
• Research and deploy new technologies to continuously improve DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or IT operations, preferably in an architectural role.
• Deep knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages, including but not limited to Python, Bash, and Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
