Job Overview

USR SYSTEMS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust DevOps practices to enhance our software development lifecycle. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Lead efforts in infrastructure automation, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on DevOps methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and operations.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to strategically solve problems.
