Shakti Group Inc is seeking an experienced IT professional for a long-term DevOps Engineer engagement focused on server maintenance, deployment processes, and coordination of infrastructure updates.

About the Role

The DevOps Engineer will support server maintenance and deployment activities in a remote work arrangement. The position requires strong experience with Linux and Windows Server environments, along with the ability to coordinate infrastructure maintenance and security updates.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Kyndryl team to facilitate and coordinate patching activities and security updates while helping maintain reliable server operations and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Linux-based server environments.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments.
• Assist with maintaining server infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Coordinate with the Kyndryl team for server patching and security updates.
• Facilitate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with relevant teams to coordinate operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• More than 9 years of IT experience.
• Good working experience with Linux.
• Good experience with Windows Server.
• Ability to support server maintenance and deployment processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must meet the independent visa candidate requirement specified for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
