Job Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project scopes and proposals.
• Mentor junior electrical engineers and provide technical guidance throughout projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical design with mechanical and civil components.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Review and evaluate supplier proposals and coordinate procurement of electrical components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably within the power sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Electrical CAD software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and lead by example.
