Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Dynatrace SaaS for application performance monitoring across various environments.
• Analyze application performance data to identify bottlenecks and present findings to development teams.
• Collaborate with application teams to design, develop, and implement performance testing strategies.
• Develop automated reporting tools to track application performance metrics and trends.
• Assist in the creation of performance benchmarks and define service level objectives (SLOs).
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting performance issues and system outages.
• Stay current with Dynatrace features and best practices, providing training and knowledge sharing with team members.
• Document processes and create procedure manuals for performance monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in application performance monitoring or systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Dynatrace or similar application performance monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of application development, cloud technologies, and performance testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
