The Opportunity

We're hiring an Event Sales Associate to represent client brands during in-person promotional events across Louisville.

The role is focused on customer interaction. You'll introduce products and services, answer questions, understand customer interests, and support the sales objectives of each event.

You'll also help with event preparation and learn how promotional campaigns are organised and evaluated.

What You'll Do

• Learn client products, offers, and campaign objectives.
• Prepare for scheduled promotional events with the team.
• Approach customers and start professional conversations.
• Identify relevant customer needs and explain suitable products.
• Respond to enquiries and support customer acquisition.
• Record sales activity and customer feedback.
• Review performance and apply feedback to future interactions.

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous sales experience, but you should be comfortable speaking with customers and working towards measurable targets.

Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, recruiting, or customer service may be useful. We're equally open to applicants seeking their first commercial position.

Training is provided in product knowledge, sales communication, and campaign processes.
