Financial Analyst

Movement Search and Delivery is working with a multi-site manufacturing organization in Dover, NJ to identify and evaluate a Sr Financial Analyst

You will partner with operations and leadership to surface actionable insights, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement. What You Will Do:

• Own cost accounting processes and variance analysis to support manufacturing decision-making

• Perform financial analysis and prepare reporting that tracks business unit and site-level performance

• Maintain SOX compliance and ensure adherence to US GAAP across financial processes

• Support internal audit activities and help strengthen the control environment

• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives

• Apply advanced Excel skills to model data, analyze trends, and quantify results with clear numerical examples

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (business unit or multi-site support preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

• Solid knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, SOX compliance, and US GAAP

• Ability to demonstrate impact through numerical examples and work effectively both independently and in a team

• Career stability with no more than two roles in the past five years
