Compensation: ~$180K base | $2200K–$400K OTE

Our client is a fast-growing AI company helping major enterprises deploy production-ready AI solutions. They're looking for exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows for enterprise clients.
• Own the full engineering lifecycle, from understanding business problems to shipping production software.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders.
• Build scalable backend systems, integrations, and full-stack applications.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical, high-impact technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack or backend development skills, with experience shipping production software.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
• Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and ownership mindset.
• Experience building AI applications, LLM integrations, or agentic systems is a plus.
