It's a Healthcare Data Engineer/ Admin position with hands on experience in Smile CDR and Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4 only.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Smile CDR Administrator / Platform Engineer to manage, configure, and support enterprise healthcare interoperability platforms. The role involves FHIR API support, platform administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, security, and compliance with CMS interoperability mandates.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Smile CDR architecture, FHIR standards, REST APIs, security, and healthcare interoperability solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
• 3+ years of Smile CDR administration or support.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, and healthcare data exchange.
• Experience with production platform support, API troubleshooting, SQL, Linux, and scripting.
• Understanding of security, access management, audit logging, and healthcare compliance.

• Cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab pipelines
