Job Overview

ShiftMed is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a per diem basis. Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to patients' needs and provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Participate in emergency response and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting, with telemetry experience preferred.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
