Inside Sales Specialist

We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales growth and business operations. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, questions are resolved quickly, and business objectives are achieved. This role is 100% onsite.

What You'll Do

• Manage order entry, invoicing, shipping coordination, and account support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and other documentation to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and transactions within company systems and ERP platforms.
• Support regulatory documentation, order fulfillment, and ongoing customer communications.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of related experience (customer service, sales support, or account management)
• Experience assisting with billing / invoicing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Syteline, Oracle, SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good mathematical skills required.
