Job Description

IT Applications Engineer IV – Lead the design, build, and optimization of complex enterprise applications supporting healthcare operations. Own end-to-end solution architecture, including integrations across clinical and business systems, and perform performance tuning to ensure reliable, secure application behavior.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable and secure solutions. Drive adoption of best practices, promote automation, and improve reliability and continuous improvement through collaborative innovation.

Key Duties

Architect and implement enterprise applications and system integrations
Tune application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
Mentor and support junior engineers
Champion automation, reliability, and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes

Qualifications/skills: Senior-level application engineering, solution architecture, integration expertise, performance optimization, security-focused development, and strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
