Overview

The IT Support Technician at Dispatch will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization. Job Responsibilities

• Document support interactions and solutions in the company's ticketing system.
• Assist in the procurement of IT supplies and equipment as needed.
• Support remote and onsite employees with technology-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting network issues.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred.
