Lead Enterprise Systems Engineer – Enterprise Applications & Automation

We're looking for a technically strong Enterprise Systems Engineer / Technical Lead with recent hands-on engineering experience and expertise in managing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise platforms.

Core Skills We're Looking For:

• Atlassian / Jira: Enterprise administration, configuration, workflows, and platform management.
• Salesforce Administration: Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience (NOT Salesforce Development).
• Microsoft 365 (M365): Enterprise platform administration, integration, and optimization.
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on with engineering and troubleshooting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management.
• Power Automate or similar integration and automation tools.
• Exposure to Claude AI or other enterprise AI tools.
• Experience integrating and automating enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus, not mandatory.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity $120000 - $130000
