Job Overview

• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize testing activities in alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance roles.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing software testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of software defects and resolution strategies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
