About the Lead Style Curator Role (Full-Time)

As a full-time Lead Style Curator, you serve as an expert on Hive & Colony’s style, design, quality, and service. You are a trusted advisor to our clients and a leader on the sales floor, focused on creating a personalized experience while supporting the team and overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise measurements for custom fittings and guide clients through fabric selections, garment design, and styling.

• Drive business by meeting revenue expectations and personal sales goals.

• Lead by example through professional presentation, exceptional service, and adherence to grooming guidelines.

• Complete all stylist training on product knowledge and technology, and support the team in applying that knowledge on the sales floor.

• Enhance the client experience by acting as a brand advocate, building relationships, and communicating promotional events.

• Curate complete looks through detailed product knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and following up on recent purchases.

• Support daily store operations by offering guidance, assisting the team, and maintaining a clean, organized environment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality.

• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to take initiative, support a team, and problem-solve as issues arise.

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
