This is a PRN Day shift opportunity.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will be responsible for:
- Assess psychosocial needs and provides services that enhance patient functioning, emotional well-being and continued access to services and resources in the community.
- Facilitates group and individual therapies on an inpatient behavioral health unit
- Completes documentation as required for regulatory purposes (Baker Act, clinical documentation)
- Assists with safety planning
- 3-5 Years Experience in Mental Health field Required
- 1-2 years Individual Counseling Experience Required
- 1-2 years Group Counseling Experience Required
- 1-2 years Assessment and Diagnostic Experience Required
- Less than 1 year Case Management Experience Required
- FL DOH active Licensed Mental Health Counselor required
