Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and assist with patient procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and report patient condition and responses to care under RN/physician supervision.
Document clinical information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Support care plans and contribute to a team-based approach to patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
Strong clinical assessment, medication/treatment administration, and patient monitoring skills.
Proficiency with EMR documentation and attention to detail.
Effective communication and compassionate, patient-focused bedside manner.
Ability to work collaboratively with RNs and physicians.
