Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated deployments in mainframe environments.

• Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment, testing, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a mainframe environment.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies including z/OS, DB2, CICS, and JCL.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or similar.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Proficient understanding of networking concepts and system security principles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems and perform root cause analysis.
