Marketing Manager

Our Metrowest retail client is looking for Marketing Manager with 3+ years experience. This role is onsite 2 days a week and remote 3 days.

This individual will lead earned media programming, strategic communications support, and purpose-driven initiatives while working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead earned media strategy and programming across brand and product initiatives
• Drive communications planning and activation for product placement opportunities and brand campaigns
• Serve as primary lead for purpose and cause-related programming
• Partner with agencies to identify, develop, and execute earned media opportunities
• Manage stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, communications, and agency teams
• Identify opportunities and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with internal teams to improve campaign performance.
• Participate in cross-functional digital marketing knowledge sharing and education.
• Drive Results (Plan, Execute, Measure)
• Innovative thinker with demonstrated experience in identifying and executing A/B tests to improve performance.
• Collaborate effectively across Planning, Measurement, Creative, Brand Marketing, agency, and platform partners while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and delivering high-quality work.
• Partner with creative teams on best practices, briefs and feedback to ideate content to drive results.
• Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with platform partners and external vendors.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of hands-on earned media programming experience
• Retail and/or performance marketing experience is a plus
• General understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
